Business Support and Training

Includes specialist expert support from SFEDI accredited advisers and trained coaches and highly recommended training covering governance, operations and viability. Courses can cover start-up, growth and the skills required to manage your business.

Working Co-operatively

The Guild are Eastern Region consultants for the Co-operative Enterprise Hub, and can advise on setting up and managing Co-operatives. We are also registered with the Mutuals Information Service.

Consultancy

We are experts in advising on business planning, feasibility studies, strategic development and change management.

Company registration

The Guild offers a personal and individual analysis of your company needs and requirements combined with cost effective systems to deliver a fast and effective service for new or existing organisations. This includes a free telephone advice service, provided by one of our specialist advisers who will work with you to identify the most appropriate legal structure to support your business model.
